1. Agreement & Eligibility

By creating an account or using Lahja, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires).

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and content for your own learning.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply. Cancel any time in your store account settings.

Do not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service, nor upload harmful or illegal content.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Lahja a license to use it to operate and improve the service.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties. We do not guarantee specific language outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lahja is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
